Through our tailored approach to yoga sequencing we can hear what you hope to achieve, concerns you have, and what you’d love to try and design a class, series of sessions, or group experience unique to you and your needs. ABOUT US
We’d love to meet you on the mat!
We are a US-based couple who want to help others build a yoga practice that works for them! Richard has 20+ of teaching experience in DC schools and is a trained (RYT200) yoga teacher specializing in yin, restorative, and vinyasa style yoga classes. As a former athlete, and 6’3 man, he’s also passionate about teaching people who feel the ‘standard’ yoga setting isn’t for them, particularly people with injuries, back pain, and bigger bodies. Doireann is a university professor and educational expert, as well as a trained (RYT300) yoga teacher specializing in Prana Flow - based on Shiva Rea’s teachings. Her classes are Prana and vinyasa flow style classes coupled with some yin elements, fun music, and helping stressed, busy women+ take some time to focus on themselves. As a couple for over a decade - we also love providing yoga workshops and classes for couples! We are definite cat people - and you’re welcome to take your individual sessions with us online and you’ll definitely see them make an appearance.
